The bible states on no uncertain terms that gays, atheist and rebellious children should be taken out and killed in public. There is something seriously wrong with our culture if we still consider this book a reference point for our morality and justice.

This video does a good job of driving the point home. He repeats the word "repulsive" a few too many times for my taste though. Oh well.

I found this posted on an evangelical Christian's blog. It's bullshit (in my humble opinion) but I am reposting it here to insure that my rebuttal is seen. (I posted my comment on the comments section, but I have my doubt that it will stay up very long.) Enjoy.

God vs Science

A science professor begins his school year with a
lecture to the students, “Let me explain the problem science has with
religion.” The atheist professor of philosophy pauses before his class
and then asks one of his new students to stand.

“You’re a Christian, aren’t you, son?”

“Yes sir,” the student says.

“So you believe in God?”
